Job Title : Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Description :

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides care to patients in an acute care setting.

This position requires a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment with a 1 : 5 patient ratio.

Candidates must be able to perform essential nursing functions within their scope of practice.

Basic life support and advanced cardiac life support certifications are required.

Experience in emergency care or critical care is preferred.

Nurses will engage in triage, manage IVs, and participate in conscious sedation procedures.

Maintaining effective communication with interdisciplinary team members is essential.

Candidates should be prepared to float to meet facility needs if necessary.

Strict adherence to policies regarding tobacco use and infection control is mandatory.
