Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner located in areas throughout Connecticut. The role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and managing gastroenterological conditions, prescribing medications, and providing ongoing patient care and education. The candidate will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. This position also involves maintaining accurate medical records and staying updated on the latest medical guidelines and treatments.

Qualifications

• Patient assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in prescribing medications and providing patient education
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and stay updated on medical guidelines
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field, or graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut
• Experience in gastroenterology or a related medical field is a plus
