Job description

Diamond S Towing is seeking a dependable and customer service–oriented Dispatcher to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people in need, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers to service calls efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and roadside assistance partners professionally.
  • Manage call logs, service requests, and dispatched calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service under pressure.

Requirements :

  • Reliable and punctual — must be dependable and consistent.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch software.
  • Prior experience in dispatching, towing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
