Seeking Licensed Architect for Flathead Valley, MT Design Build Contractor
R Porch Construction is a design-build general contractor specializing in commercial projects and pre-engineered metal buildings with custom interior build-outs and enhancements. We self-perform much of our work and take pride in high-quality techniques from design through construction.
We’re seeking a Montana-licensed Architect who can stamp plans and lead the design and coordination side of our growing commercial team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and guide our in-house drafting team
- Lead interior build-out and tenant improvement designs
- Develop and review construction documents for commercial & some residential projects
- Coordinate design intent with project managers and superintendents
- Engage in early planning, permitting, and design-build collaboration
