This facility features : 4 Inpatient ORs 5 Outpatient ORs 2 Outpatient Endoscopy Rooms You'll work with advanced instrumentation from top manufacturers like Arthrex, Steris, and Olympus , ensuring surgical teams are fully equipped for safe, successful procedures. What You'll Do As a Certified SPT, you'll play a vital role in the preparation, safety, and flow of surgical operations, including : Decontamination Manual & mechanical cleaning High-Level Disinfection (HLD) Use of facility-specific washers, sterilizers, and equipment ️ Assembly & Instrumentation Accurate assembly of trays, including pediatric and dental trays Laparoscopic instruments General instrumentation Flexible endoscope reprocessing Care and handling of complex medical devices Sterilization Steam sterilization Low-temperature sterilization Equipment checks, documentation, and load verification Ensuring full compliance with facility protocols and national standards Additional Responsibilities Support for high-acuity adult & pediatric cases On-call coverage for urgent / emergent needs Collaboration with OR, Endoscopy, and clinic teams Maintaining workflow, sterility, and safety standards at all times ⭐ Required Qualifications Certified Sterile Processing Technician - CBSPD or CRCST / HSPA Minimum 1-3 years of experience Certified for at least 1 year AHA BLS (cannot expire within 30 days) CER (HSPA) Endoscope Reprocessor Certification CIS (HSPA) or CSIS (CBSPD) Instrument Specialist Certification Dental tray experience General, laparoscopic, and flexible endoscope experience Experience with steam & low-temp sterilization Hands-on experience with Arthrex, Steris, Olympus equipment Highly Desired Experience Pediatric instrumentation Advanced experience with Arthrex, Steris, Olympus systems Pay Package Details 13 Weeks 40 Hours Per Week $12.00 Hourly taxable $0.00 OT Hourly taxable $300.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free) $645.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free) $480.00 Taxable $945.00 Tax Free $1,425.00 Weekly Before Taxes About MMC Group MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.
