RTX has an immediate hybrid opportunity within the Enterprise Services Accounting team in the RTX Enterprise Services organization for a Senior Analyst, Accounting & Controllership. The ES Payroll Accounting team within Accounting & Controllership, is a small team that oversees payroll across all RTX domestic business units. The selected team member will develop a well-rounded understanding of the RTX payroll accounting structure and system. The experience gained will provide a foundation for continued broadening of financial experience at RTX.

What You Will Do

• Support the monthly payroll process for Rockwell Collins SAP accounting ledger.
• Ensuring compliance with key internal control procedures
• Preparing and posting complex journal entries
• Completing account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide reporting and support analysis to Finance leads across Rockwell Collins and BE Aerospace.
• Assist with internal and external auditor requests
• Act as a resource for other Payroll Accounting team members to analyze and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
• Participate in critical projects, collaborating with Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, HR, Benefits Finance, 3rd party vendors, Digital Technology, Internal Controls and the SBU's.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
