What You Will Do :

• As a structural project manager you will play a lead role in bridge design and load rating or other structural design for a wide variety of clients including cities, counties, states, and private entities.
• You will use innovative approaches to provide our clients with efficient designs focused on quality.
• You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities on multiple small to large sized projects to ensure that projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets.
• Bridge routine inspections may be included in your responsibilities.
• While bridge projects are expected to make up the majority of your work, you will also be required to provide structural design, analysis, and project management for retaining walls, hydraulic structures, and other structures. .
• You will also identify new projects, formulate approach to projects and lead the proposal process to market to and secure work from new and existing clients.
• Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.
• You will lead and train young engineers.
