Position Details

This is a salaried role with no fixed schedule. The expectation is to work general day-shift hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust as needed to support operational requirements.

On-Call Responsibilities

The position includes participation in an on-call rotation. Currently, managers handle call escalations approximately every four weeks.
