Position Overview
Job Title : Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Practice Setting : 100% Outpatient - No Hospital Rounds
Location : Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes Region)
Compensation : $225,000 - $300,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus : Available
Call Coverage : Light, shared across system practices
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness exams
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient-centered care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
- Participate in light call rotation shared across the physician network
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community
