  • You have a passion for caregiving and want to make a positive difference.
  • You are a compassionate and reliable individual.
  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Vermont Nursing Assistant license.
  • Previous homecare or facility care desired.
  • Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and / or incapacitated, and to explain / teach basic skills.
  • Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.
  • Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.
