As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic retail and mall location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. This post is a driving position, so you will be responsible for mobile patrols throughout the property. What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide a sense of assistance to guests and tenants within the location.

Assist with crowd management and access control as needed during special events or peak periods within the property.

Work closely with Allied Universal team members and site staff to promote a secure environment and support overall client needs.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
