About the Role
The Senior Vice President of Operations drives strategic excellence across all facets of Bookit's rapidly scaling B2B and B2B2C business. The role combines deep operational expertise with executive leadership to oversee our unique booking platform spanning travel, VIP experiences, premium retail, and a next-gen, blockchain-powered payments infrastructure.
You are responsible for helping to grow and manage a nascent team of marketers, technology builders, experience curators, and customer service professionals delivering unprecedented rewards to our end consumers and meaningful customer engagement to our brand clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling operations in high-growth travel technology companies and / or startups, with the strategic vision and budgeting experience necessary to build peerless operational frameworks at the intersection of travel, entertainment, fintech, and loyalty.
Location : Miami (Hybrid preferred); remote considered for highly qualified candidates.
Salary Range : $175,000 - $190,000
