Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based CT department with teaching responsibilities Rotating 10-hour shifts including day and evening hours (8 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM, 10 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM) Schedule includes every other weekend and coverage for 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day) Assignment is for 26 weeks Patient care includes trauma cases requiring independent scanning Epic EMR system is used and experience from the past two years is required All candidates must provide complete work history with specific details about facility type, bed count, EMR, and trauma level Bi-weekly orientation sessions are available on Mondays Block scheduling is not permitted Reliable personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended, as public transportation is not available in the area Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires between November and April Candidates must explain any employment gaps over 90 days for consideration Requirements Current ARRT certification required Must apply for Vermont license if applicable or as required by state regulations Minimum of recent experience in a teaching hospital of similar size Must have the ability to independently scan trauma patients Experience with Epic EMR within the past 2 years is required Ability to start peripheral IVs independently is required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-632378.
