Salary : $40.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of precision and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software.
- Perform measurements and inspections on various components and assemblies.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to improve measurement processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CMM programming and operation.
- Conduct routine calibration of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation related to measurement processes and procedures.
Qualifications
3+ years experience as a CMM Programmer with expertise in Zeiss and Calypso software.Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ASME Y14.5 standards.Experience in CNC programming and measurement systems is a plus.Knowledge of metrology and quality control processes.Familiarity with statistical process control methodologies.Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SolidWorks.Experience with Epicor ERP system is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Benefits
