An established, physician-friendly hospital in the Southeastern U.S. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join its hospitalist team. This position offers a daytime-only 7-on / 7-off schedule , no nights, and strong subspecialty and APP support. Enjoy practicing inpatient medicine with excellent work-life balance and leadership that prioritizes physician satisfaction. Position Overview

Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult patients

Day shifts only – 12-hour shifts, 7-on / 7-off

No night coverage – dedicated nocturnists in place

No procedures required

Collaborate with a full team of subspecialists and APPs

Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

MD or DO

Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency

BC / BE in Internal Medicine

Eligible for state licensure

Strong communication & collaborative skills
