Position : Paralegal - Tax Lien and Foreclosure

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Kentucky tax lien and foreclosure matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under close oversight and direction. This role requires an individual who can manage high volume complex caseloads involving Kentucky property tax liens while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file legal documents related to Kentucky tax lien sales, foreclosures, and redemptions.

Conduct title reviews, property record reviews, and lien priority analyses.

Maintain and organize detailed case files, databases, and document management systems.

Coordinate with attorneys, courts, county clerks, and external parties to ensure deadlines are met.

Research statutes, case law, and regulations specific to Kentucky tax lien enforcement.

Track deadlines, redemption periods, and filing requirements with precision.

Follow detailed instructions and adapt to highly structured workflows and management oversight.

Qualifications

5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on Kentucky tax liens, real estate, or foreclosure law.

Paralegal certification or degree preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to work effectively in a closely supervised, micromanaged environment.

Proficiency with legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven
