What You'll Do

Conduct Patient Evaluations : Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident.

Provide Therapeutic Exercises : Offer functional training and effective pain management strategies.

Educate Residents and Families : Teach safe equipment use and exercise techniques for better outcomes.

Collaborate with Care Teams : Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to promote progress and independence.

Accurate Documentation : Complete all documentation and billing in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

Licensure : Must be licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program actively working toward licensure.

Education : Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.

Experience : Preferred experience in post-acute care or a similar healthcare environment.

Skills : Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment : A dedication to collaboration and patient-centered care.
