As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Pewaukee, WI.

The role involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. It also includes managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty are key responsibilities. The role also requires driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, and creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused and managing risk. They should be knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. They must also assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications / licensures needed to be successful in this position.

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
