About the Role :

As an Inpatient Dialysis Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient-centered care in line with departmental standards and nursing practice guidelines. You will work closely with medical providers and the care team to offer comprehensive, compassionate care, advocating for patients, their families, and caregivers.

Your Responsibilities :

• Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, quickly identifying and reporting any changes.

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
• Provide outstanding care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating their needs.
