• Pure developers with no architectural depth
• Cloud-only candidates with no Databricks
• Governance-only candidates
• Anyone with outdated healthcare exposure
• Candidates who struggle communicating their work

Job description :

What We Actually Need (Critical Requirements)

Only submit candidates who clearly demonstrate all of the following :

1. Recent Databricks + Spark / Delta Build Experience

Must have hands-on delivery within the last 1 2 years - not theoretical, not legacy.

Spark, Delta, Medallion

Building pipelines, not just reviewing or overseeing

2. Strong Healthcare Background

Specifically looking for candidates with :

Claims, payer, or provider data

HL7 / FHIR or interoperability experience (big plus)

HIPAA-driven or regulatory environments

3. End-to-End Ownership

Candidates must be able to operate across the full lifecycle :

Discovery Architecture Build Deploy Monitor

Architect-only or developer-only profiles are not what we need.

We need hybrids who can do both.

4. Communication & Client Presence

Several candidates have stalled here. We need someone who can :

Explain complex architecture clearly

Manage client-facing conversations

Demonstrate senior-level articulation
