Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials and learning experiences

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and make improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field

Experience with e-learning development tools and software

Knowledge of instructional design theories and methodologies

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
