Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage plus location sales bonuses and commissions (Base wages paid hourly)

Qualifications
Experience managing a massage spa / wellness center preferred but not requiredExperience managing a team- training, schedules, accountability, etc.Demonstrate leadership with a focus on cultivating a positive team cultureWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office365 productsBase knowledge of business financials and budgetingExperience with or ability to learn Meevo booking softwareHard working and coachable with the desire for growth and learningDemonstrate impeccable attention to detailProfessional demeanor and appearance that sets the bar for othersMulti-Tasker able to prioritize and problem solve - must be calm under fireSolution oriented and self-driven with a take-charge attitudeHave a heart to serve and be mission mindedAble to work flexible days / nights including some weekendsJob duties include but are not limited to :
Hiring, onboarding and trainingManaging Front Desk and Massage Therapist team- accountability, disciplinary, schedules, rewardsSupport for Location Director in tasks and responsibilitiesRegularly scheduled front desk shiftsCoaching, training and mentoring staffResponsible for location supply / equipment management and orderingWorking with location budgets and reporting spreadsheetsWork with Location Director to meet location sales, staff and client related goalsInventory tracking and product merchandisingMaster of the client schedule- demonstrating initiative in maximizing daily utilizationManaging / maintaining an immaculate overall spa appearance and ambiance- this includes interior and exterior spaces and an eye for aestheticsEnsuring all cash management is accurate and sensitive information is handled properlyHandle client / customer service issues swiftlyExecuting internal marketing initiatives
