The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to cultivate early career individuals into emerging leaders in Harris' Finance Organization. FLDP is a multi-year rotational program created to develop highly qualified, motivated individuals into well-rounded business professionals. It is a challenging 3-year avenue to gain experience and expertise in multiple finance roles and diverse geographic locations. FLDP participants will broaden their knowledge and expertise in a wide range of businesses and are empowered to lead innovation and find solutions to real complex challenges. Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders of Harris and are paired with a mentor to guide their development through the program. Participants will also have access to education assistance, robust training, and cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth. Job Duties :

• Complete three (3) rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various segments and financial functions
• Rotations focus on analysis and business needs in the following functions : Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance
• Extensive use of verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and teamwork on a daily basis

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$58,000.00 MIN - $108,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$51,000.00 MIN - $93,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
