The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra - You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Associate Retail Sales - Product Development Center.

Job Summary : The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for PDC Employee Store guests and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all guests. The RSA is an integral member of our retail team, responsible for day-to-day operations under the direction of the Lead RSA. The RSA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about our products / services to guests conducting sales, processing merchandise, contributing to a positive / professional team-based work environment and performing various guest-facing activities.

Days of Operation : The hours of operation may change as we determine traffic patterns and adjust hours.

Tuesdays-Current hours 7 : 45a-4 : 15p

Wednesdays-Current hours 7 : 45a-4 : 15p

Job Responsibilities :

• Must be able to work 16 hours per week on average and fill in for Lead RSA in absence approximately 24 hours per week
• Requires outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues
• Conduct guest transactions and interactions in a professional manner using a point-of-sale system
• Possess sales skills that will contribute to achieving sales goals
• Help maintain a neat and clean retail environment
• Must be willing to take direction from Lead RSA to assist or learn all facets of guest service and processing merchandise within our retail shop
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while being fair, honest, creative, and positive
• Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
