Position Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in automotive sales, finance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management : Inspire and lead dealership staff to meet sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales plans to grow revenue and market presence.
• Financial Oversight : Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Customer Experience : Build strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Inventory Control : Oversee vehicle procurement, inspections, repairs, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Talent Development : Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Marketing : Lead marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
