Job Description : The Guest Services Cashier is responsible for supporting our execution of an excellent guest experience, this achieved by greeting, welcoming, and assisting guests with ticketing, fudge or virtual reality purchases as well as controlling the flow of service by seating and opening auditoriums.
Job Purpose : To provide excellent guest experiences, by assisting guests with ticketing, fudge and virtual purchases and assist in the flow of service by seating and opening auditoriums as directed.
Job Qualifications :
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and responsibly operate a cash drawer
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Works days, nights, holidays and / or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Must have problem solving abilities, and time-management skills
- Ability to monitor and assist in the purchase of Virtual Reality games
- Ability to explain Envision Cinemas policies and concept to guests
- Coachability
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor through entire shift
- Commitment to cleanliness of our facility : willingness to assist in cleaning of restrooms, lounge, guest services and other areas as directed

Job Tasks :
Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of our facilityAssist guests with purchase of movie tickets, fudge, and Virtual RealityOversee guest participation in Virtual Reality games, ensuring all players follow rules for play and equipment is handled properlyProper cleaning, use and storage of Virtual Reality equipment and arenasSafely serving fudge to guests, as well as communicating information about allergiesMaintaining a clean and visually appealing fudge displayCommunicate with managers when guests communicate any service issuesEnsure Guest Services operations are running smoothly by completing all “Jolt” checklists in a timely mannerAssist in making sure restroom checks happen hourly by completing “Jolt” checklistsDirect guests to auditoriums, scan tickets and provide menusPro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and team membersEnforce and follow all Envision Cinemas policies, such as our No Outside Food or Drink policy, age restrictions on tickets or Virtual Reality participationAssisting bar staff with cleanliness of the lounge area as necessaryShowing flexibility and willingness to perform tasks outside of an assigned positionComplete training and attend classes as directedComply to all manager requests for any cleaning tasks or other dutiesGreeting and welcoming, answering questions, thanking, and saying goodbye to guestsSuggesting our Loyalty program to guestsPhysical Requirements
