As the organization’s AI champion , you’ll lead initiatives that embed intelligent solutions into every aspect of campus life—from classrooms and labs to key administrative functions such as admissions, financial aid, marketing, student services, and HR. You’ll also design clear, impactful dashboards that help leadership make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Implementation

Deploy AI solutions such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and document automation to streamline workflows.

Provide hands-on training and guidance to help teams confidently use AI tools in their daily work.

Develop ethical guidelines for responsible AI usage across all departments.

Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with intellectual property standards.

Academic Enhancement

Manage and optimize AI-powered tutoring and instructional systems.

Partner with faculty to integrate practical AI tools into academic programs.

Design and deliver engaging AI literacy content for students and employees.

Data Visualization & Insights

Build intuitive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.

Translate complex data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions.

Change Leadership & Capability Building

Facilitate workshops and training programs to build organization-wide AI confidence.

Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through ongoing research and experimentation.

Benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 year of experience implementing AI solutions (experience in education preferred).

Proficiency with large language models and multi-modal learning systems.

Strong Python and data visualization skills.

Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorships will be provided.

Requirements

Required Qualifications : Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Entra ID. Strong knowledge of MDM / MAM policies, Autopilot, and device configuration profiles. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API. Experience with Windows OS, macOS, and mobile platforms. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and cloud migrations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, or Modern Work Administrator Expert. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and / or Windows 365. Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
