Route Auditor

Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Route Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with our company’s sticker program, verify customer account information, and support efficient route operations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining service accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across individually billed communities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enforce compliance with the company’s sticker program by auditing individually billed communities.

· Tag trash cans for non-compliant customers to notify them of overdue payments and next service availability.

· Monitor and record House counts within assigned communities to ensure accurate billing and service levels.

· Verify that drivers are servicing communities according to company standards and route schedules.

· Perform geocoding for new accounts to ensure accurate mapping and service routing.

· Schedule and plan audit routes for regular community checks.

· Verify and update customer addresses in the system to maintain accurate service records.

· Communicate with team members and management to report audit findings and resolve service discrepancies..

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
• Good follow through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, desire and ability to learn and apply new techniques and skills as needed.

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic computer and data entry skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

· Valid driver’s license

· Previous experience in waste management, route auditing, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
