Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle administrative tasks. They greet visitors, answer phones, manage appointments, and provide information, effectively acting as the face and voice of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and Directing Visitors : Welcoming visitors, providing directions, and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Handling Phone Calls : Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.
• Managing Appointments : Scheduling, confirming, and reminding clients about appointments.
• Administrative Support : Maintaining office supplies, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Providing Information : Responding to inquiries, providing general information about the organization, and helping clients with their needs.
• Maintaining a Presentable Reception Area : Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
• Ensuring Customer Service : Maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client concerns.
