Premiere Speech and Hearing is an independently owned and operated private practice offering
- audiology and speech pathology services
- to children and adults. We are seeking a
- part-time Clinical Audiologist
- (2224 hours per week to start, with potential to increase hours over the next 3-6 months) to join our Collegeville office team.

We are looking for a

- who can manage our Audiology Clinic within a multi-specialty practice with excellence, compassion, and strong leadership skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Audiology Clinic Leadership
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the Audiology Clinic
- Provide pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations
- Fit and verify pediatric and adult amplification devices
- Recommend and program assistive listening technology
- Perform central auditory processing evaluations and implement treatment programs
- Conduct cochlear implant evaluations, mapping, orientation, and counseling
- Provide tinnitus evaluation and treatment services
- Clinical & Patient Care
- Deliver high-quality, family-centered care
- Educate and support patients through individualized counseling and training opportunities
- Work collaboratively with our speech program to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
- Empower families and patients by focusing on wellness, quality of life, and communication
- Community & Professional Engagement
- Participate in and help plan community outreach and education events
- Represent the practice professionally and positively within the community
- Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters in Audiology with current licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- Strong diagnostic and amplification skills
- Interest / experience in central auditory processing disorders, cochlear implants, and tinnitus treatment preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and work effectively under stress
- A team-oriented, self-starting professional who values collaboration and patient care
- Physical & Mental Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, and desk work
- Occasional lifting, carrying, or floor-level activities with patients
- Light cleaning and upkeep of clinic spaces as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and respond to competing demands
- Demonstrated self-control, stress tolerance, and operational efficiency
