QUICK INFO ABOUT THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH POSITION :

Pay :

  • $20.00 to $23.00

Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday
  • Part-time to begin, with potential for full-time after 6 months
  • Evening availability is required
  • On-call shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

    • PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH ROLE HIGHLIGHTS :

    Each day looks different, but expect to :

  • Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs on single and multi-family homes, as well as commercial buildings.
  • Handle groundskeeping tasks, including mowing and snow removal.
  • Conduct appliance repairs as needed.
  • Carry out painting tasks for various properties.
  • Address minor plumbing issues.
  • Utilize a basic understanding of residential electrical configurations.
  • Provide janitorial assistance as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with tenants when necessary. Complete "make-ready" tasks for properties between tenant occupancy.

    • What You Need :

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant maintenance position
  • High school diploma or GED required with higher education (preferred)
