Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Float Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) located in West Rutland, VT. The Float LNA will provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident health, and maintaining accurate documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents, and adapting to the needs of various units within the facility as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities, such as hygiene, mobility, and meal support
• Ability to monitor residents' health, document observations, and report concerns to the nursing team
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with healthcare staff and residents
• Organizational skills and adaptability to work across different facility units
• Possession of an active LNA certification in Vermont
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification shortly after hire
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a high level of professionalism
• Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred
