As a customer experience specialist, you'll help clients address their insurance needs while developing meaningful relationships with both them and the community. Responsibilities

  • Provide meaningful advice and direction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to perform policy reviews and cultivate potential new business opportunities.
  • Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, clerical duties, and correspondence management.

Requirements

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degrees are a plus.
  • Prior call center, phone-based sales, or outbound / inbound calling experience recommended.
  • Licensing : Must hold or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License within 30 days of offer.
  • You will be on the phone all day long. Strong communication, customer service, and upsell skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency : Competence with MS Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Expected hours : 20-25 per week.
