Parts Associate

Position Summary :

The Parts Person is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. This role ensures the smooth operation of the dealership’s service and repair departments by maintaining accurate inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and internal staff in selecting and locating required parts.
• Process parts orders promptly and accurately through the dealership’s system.
• Maintain proper stocking levels by ordering parts and supplies as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of parts and materials.
• Track inventory and conduct regular stock checks to minimize shortages and overages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.
• Provide accurate estimates and pricing for parts and accessories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Uphold dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures.
