We are seeking a forward-thinking Legal Technology Lead to drive the roadmap, implementation, and ongoing management of technology solutions across the legal department. This role will focus on leading legal tech initiatives, managing ticketing systems, building impactful analytics dashboards, and creating long-term technology roadmaps aligned with strategic business and legal goals. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong legal operations experience and a passion for innovation.

How You'll Spend Your Time Here

• Develop and maintain the legal technology roadmap in partnership with legal leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify current pain points, future needs, and emerging technologies to inform short- and long-term legal tech planning.
• Align the roadmap with department priorities, business initiatives, compliance requirements, and budget constraints.
• Regularly present roadmap progress, milestones, and updates to legal and executive leadership.

This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and / or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range

$144,160.00-$180,200.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
