ERM is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant, Environmental Permitting Project Manager with demonstrated experience permitting capital projects in New England and New York . The ideal candidate will have experience with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, New England General Permits, and local land development regulations across the Northeast. Technical expertise leading multi‑media environmental permitting efforts under state agencies and supporting large‑scale capital expansion projects in the energy sector is required; renewable energy permitting experience is a plus.
As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for consulting on permitting‑related project work to support ERM’s team in the Northeast and network with ERM’s global technical team to share best practices across the industry.

Compensation : For the Managing Consultant, Environmental Permitting Project Manager (Senior Level) position, the annual base pay ranges from $87,316 to $101,602 (USD) depending on qualifications and experience. Employee pay is based on education, certifications, experience, geographic location, performance, and business needs. Bonus eligibility may vary and is outlined in detail on the application portal.
