The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of family law procedures, and can confidently manage a high-volume caseload from start to finish.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 / yr. (with Family Law experience)

Schedule : 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence for family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
• Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and meeting critical deadlines.
• Prepare financial disclosures, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• File documents electronically through state and federal court systems.
• Conduct legal research and present clear, concise summaries for attorney review.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, courtroom logistics, and case strategy as needed.
