We are looking for a currently licensed Residential Care Administrator for run our 15 bed memory care community.
This position pays $50,000 to $55,000 per year DOE

This is a great opportunity for a Resident Care Coordinator, experienced Assistant Administrator, or tenured Care Staff Manager who is excited to take the next step in their career to be a Licensed Administrator.
What You Will Do :
- Lead & Inspire : Advocate for residents, families, and staff while fostering a strong team environment.
- Hire & Train : Participate actively in the recruitment process, set clear expectations, and train staff in quality care standards and techniques.
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain and ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
- Manage Schedules : Fully responsible for creating and managing staff schedules.
- Develop & Maintain Care Plans : Create and update detailed care plans for residents to ensure they receive the best care.
- Budget Management : Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring the community operates within its financial means.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Family & Community Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with residents' families and the broader community.
