We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Employment Law Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney who is looking to utilize their expertise in litigation and employment law to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience, a strong litigation background, and must be an active member of the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Employment Law Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to :

• Representing the organization in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including both state and federal cases, and administrative proceedings.
• Providing legal advice and counsel to HR and management on a wide range of employment issues such as hiring, discipline, termination, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, and employment policies and procedures.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of employment-related documents such as employment contracts, separation agreements, non-compete agreements, and policy manuals.
• Keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its employees.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on various complex legal issues related to employment law.
