What You'll Do as LPN :
Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plansPerform regular rounds and monitor residents' conditions throughout the shiftSupervise and direct other care staffCommunicate effectively with residents and families about care updatesAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersComplete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulationsNotify physicians and families of significant resident condition changesAssist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfersMaintain clinical competency and uphold professional standardsAble to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needsWhat We're Looking For :
