Procedures : - Ventilatory assistance : ETT CPAP - Nasal CPAP 4 hours, NCPAP greater than 6cm H2O, or FiO2 greater than 0.60 - Surfactant administration beyond the initial dose - Administration of cardiac pressors - FiO2 greater than 0.60 - PaCO2 greater than 50 on two arterial blood gases 1 hour apart - Peripheral Arterial or Central line - Chest tube - Total Parenteral Nutrition Hyperalimentation - Birth weight

EMR : Cerner Care B

Other Info : - Ped Hospitalist will round in the nursery
