About the Role :
Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk (MRC) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate documentation and support our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Perform all medical record organization, including assembling new charts, performing initial audit, maintenance of chart organization and filing, and performing periodic audits for completeness of medical recordsPerform word processing of physician orders, including initial certification signatures, recertification signatures, and other ordersFax lab reports and other reports to physicians or other agencies involved in clients’ careAssemble mailingsParticipate in special projects as directedMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the departmentQualifications :
Be eighteen (18) years of ageHave one (1) year general office experiencePossess knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience with general clerical duties or the equivalent education and / or trainingDemonstrate ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments in regard to work functionsInterpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to complete job responsibilitiesMust have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation#ACHH
