Shift : Weekdays with every 3rd weekend on-call rotation

FTE : 0.8 (32 hours per week, potential for 40 hours)

Seeking a strong and compassionate Clinical Care Leader RN to oversee daily operations and provide leadership support within a skilled nursing environment. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, requiring excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
