We are currently seeking an IP Advisory Intern for Summer 2026. The internship will focus on helping the IP Advisory team conduct patent and M&A transactions, as well as financing for law firms and operating company clients. The ideal person for this role will need to have a strong grasp of the intellectual property, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Job Requirements

• Construct financial analyses, including building complex models
• Perform technology, industry, and company-specific research
• Draft client presentations, pitch books, reports, letters, or memoranda
• Assist with intellectual property landscape analysis and evaluation of patents / patent portfolios for salability
• Identify and engage contacts at target companies
• Interact with clients and management teams
