Position Highlights :

  • Advanced Clinical Opportunities : Perform comprehensive general dentistry, restorative, implants, surgery, and endodontics with direct mentorship available .
  • Work Schedule : Monday-Thursday, full-time (4-day workweek)
  • Proven Production Potential : Average daily production is $4,500 per day , allowing doctors to achieve exceptional earnings.
  • Efficient Practice Model : Well-trained support staff and a highly efficient, productive practice environment ensure seamless clinical flow and high earnings potential .

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM / Collections Rate
  • Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections :

    • 30% for collections under $60K

  • 32% for collections between $60K-$80K
  • 34% for collections over $80K
  • Projected Earnings : With average daily production of $4,500 per day , a doctor collecting $90,000 per month would earn $27,800 per month , or approximately $333,600 per year under this plan.
  • $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days
  • Three Employment Options :

    • W-2 Employee

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Service Member (1099 IC with access to benefits plans)
  • No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments
