Job Description

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring part-time Inside Sales / Appointment Setters to join our busy call center in Berea, OH. This role is perfect for people looking for flexible hours, evening shifts, or weekend work while earning $18–$28 per hour with base pay plus commissions.

You’ll be calling warm and interested leads (no cold calling) to schedule free in-home estimates. If you enjoy talking on the phone, have strong people skills, and want a job with flexible scheduling and high earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments
  • Follow up with potential customers and confirm appointment details
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
  • Provide excellent customer service on every call

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable working part-time evenings or weekends
  • Friendly, positive, and motivated to earn more with commission
  • Strong communication and phone skills
