As a District Team Lead , you’ll oversee several store locations, guide high-performing teams, and ensure every customer has a smooth, consistent, and positive experience.

What You'll Do :
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple store locations
- Create a welcoming, customer-first environment through hands-on leadership
- Ensure operational excellence and uphold service standards
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
- Support new service launches, including our Fresh and Commercial divisions

Compensation :
$40,000 - $55,000 base + bonus
Responsibilities :
Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress within the Arlington, TX districtRecruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendants in the Arlington, TX districtFocus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the Arlington, TX districtMonitor and predict operational patterns and analysis for the Arlington, TX districtCreate procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Arlington, TX districtGuide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Arlington, TX districtEncourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback in the Arlington, TX, districtLead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization within the Arlington, TX districtManage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hours in the Arlington, TX districtImplement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously within the Arlington, TX districtQualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this positionPrevious experience in operations or related fields is essentialThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food serviceDemonstrated leadership and development qualities are a mustProblem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this roleKnowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessaryProficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is requiredThe ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is essential for providing leadership and directionAbout Company
