Dealer Buyback Specialist
The Dealer Buyback Specialist will be responsible for managing the buyback process, including notices and all follow up with involved parties.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Maintain business relationships with existing dealers.
- Responsible for communicating with Dealer Marketing Representatives, Branch Managers, Dealers, etc. in order to facilitate the buyback process.
- Conduct preliminary study to assess the buyback process by reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure they are in line with business objectives.
- Manage high-level projects related to buybacks, including gathering the required information, identifying deliverables, drafting reports, revising reports as needed, obtaining appropriate approvals, publishing reports and maintaining historical files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements :
2+ years of experience in the auto lending industry. A background in Marketing or Collections is preferred but not required.Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.Ability to interact with customers and clients in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus but not required.Salary : $18.50 - $25.00 per hour + Bonus
