TEAM has several specialized clinical teams including :Certified Academic Language Therapists (CALT)Behavior Intervention Leader Team (BILT)Feeding TeamAAC TeamBilingual SupportsOrthoticsPT IntensivesConstraint CampTEAM Works _(non-profit organization serving locally and internationally) _Journal ClubEarly InterventionResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using EMR systems.Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.Stay updated on best practices and advancements in pediatric therapy.QualificationsOccupational Therapist : Current Arkansas OT license (or eligibility)Physical Therapist : Current Arkansas PT license (or eligibility)Speech-Language Pathologist : Current Arkansas SLP license and ASHA CCC (or CFY eligibility)Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply!Strong communication skills and a passion for serving children and families.Join our TEAMand use your skills to change the trajectory of a child's life!At Children's Therapy TEAM, every session is a chance to help a child take their next step, speak their first word, or discover their own abilities.
