About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Facility and Venue Operations who embodies a servant-leader approach and is dedicated to cultivating a culture of growth and development. The Director will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing cohesive leadership across departments, and maximizing event scheduling and revenue generation opportunities.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least 8 years of experience in facility management and a proven track record in public assembly operations. We seek a strategic leader capable of making effective decisions in high-pressure situations while managing financial and operational strategies in a competitive marketplace. Essential skills include flexibility in work hours, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in solving complex problems with executive decisiveness. The Director will also engage in recruiting, training, and assessing staff while ensuring adherence to regulations and safety standards within our venues.
